When calling Technical Support, please try and follow these guidelines:

Please have your username and password ready. We can't help you find and fix your problem if we don't know who you are.
If you get the answering machine, please leave your name and phone number. We will call you back as soon as we are able.
If you are calling about an error message, please write it down exactly as it appears to you. Without the error message and details, it's very hard to troubleshoot problems over the phone.
Due to the huge proliferation of internet based software, please limit your questions to problems with your service, or questions about software such as Internet Explorer and Netscape Communicator. We would like to help you with other problems, but we simply don't have the resources to do so. For example, we can't answer questions about ICQ or chat programs.
We are able to fix or troubleshoot hardware problems. If you know you are having a problem with your computer, call us and ask our opinion. We may have you bring your computer in so that we can inspect the problem further..
